Days after Taylor Swift ended her six-year relationship with Joe Alwyn, Nick Cannon said he’d love to have his 13th kid with her.
On The Howard Stern Show on Monday, the host questioned Cannon, 42, about whether he was done having children. Cannon is the father of 12 children by six different women.
It infuriated many religious people when he repeatedly declared, “Every time I answer this question I can never answer it correctly because I don’t know,” adding that he would occasionally “leave it in God’s hands.”
Stern questioned him about which lady he would choose if he could have a child with anyone, to which he said that he was “happy now with the dozen that I got.”
Stern mentioned Taylor Swift, and Cannon chuckled and said he couldn’t do this, adding, “I can see the headlines now,” but Cannon said, “Absolutely.” I’m in. Let’s move.
“That is it.” When Stern’s co-host Robin Quivers questioned Cannon about why he said that about Swift, Cannon responded, “That… I’m all in.”
The first thing I adore about Taylor Swift, according to Cannon, is that she has always been so honest and transparent with all of her music since she was a young girl. She is also a wonderful songwriter.
And she’s kind of like me, he continued. When it comes to living here in these streets, Taylor and I have a lot in common.
Because of things like, “yo, you’ve dated a lot of people in the public eye, so have I, so we probably would really understand each other,” Cannon said, “I think she would relate to me very well.”
